NOTICE
Network Appraisal Services/NAS/Quantrix requires the use of ACI or Lighthouse software by all appraisers performing appraisal assignments. Effective March 12th, 2010, in order to be eligible for appraisal assignments, you must be utilizing one of the aformentioned programs in order to submit reports.
In addition, also effective March 12th, 2010, all appraisers will be required to run and successfully pass an ACI review master file named Quantrix PNC PAR Logic Rules on all appraisals prior to uploading. Appraisers must update their ACI/Lighthouse rules files to have this functionality. ACI has created a document explaining how to run the rules. You may access it by clicking on the PDF icon to the right or through the Appraiser Reference section of the website. Please contact ACI with any questions regarding updating your rules package.
