NOTICE
Effective November 7th, 2009, National City Mortgage will
officially become PNC Mortgage, a division of PNC Bank, National Association.
Starting November 7th, any appraisal reports that were ordered for National City Mortgage must be
completed with "PNC Mortgage, a division of PNC Bank, National Association" in the client/lender
name field within the report. Any reports not meeting this criteria will be rejected by the system.
 
Network Appraisal Services (NAS) is a technology solutions provider for mortgage lenders. Collateral assessment, title and flood products are delivered to the mortgage settlement industry through multiple point of sale interfaces linking loan originators and vendors.
